Groundscout’s mission is to create collaborative ecosystems in which compelling evidence of bias-motivated violence and human rights abuses instigated, committed, or sanctioned by extremist and terrorist groups and governments prevents further atrocities from happening, brings perpetrators to justice whenever they do occur, and inspires communities to imagine inclusive common future outside of the intractable conflict dynamic.
